• The massage that I had with Owen was incredible. He is both professional and thoughtful. I appreciate his work and find he is a really great masseuse. The front desk was another story however. They were very chaotic. The appoint was 20 minutes late. I can understand this but I was never given notice about this. In fact I had to go up to the desk and ask what was going on. When the therapist did come he was instructed by the front desk to do a different massage, a body massage instead of a reflexology massage. I have been going to Kume for many years and this is the first time I have had to deal with the front desk being so unprofessional. Lastly, and I know this is a small thing, but the tea pot was out of hot water. I kindly made the front desk aware of this. It was only after my massage did I see them refilling the container.
