Yes, I believe that I have already explained my score to you previously. I mentioned to you that the massage therapists are talented and the staff is professional. I mentioned the relaxing music, and I let you know that the hallway carpet that leads to each room is worn and dirty, it smells of rancid oil. My suggestion is that you replace that high- trafficked carpet occasionally. It would be a cheap fix and present your business as more of a spa experience.
