Fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Lauren at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. At the end, without much convincing, she had me signed up for the annual membership. Wendy's massage was superb. Rooms were clean and the entire experience was professional and classy. Thanks Kume, Wendy and Lauren for making it an awesome experience.
