The person helping at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Ken, my massage therapist, gave me the best massage I've ever had. To be honest, I have kind of low expectations for Groupons, so it really blew my mind. He gave great deep pressure and it definitely felt longer than 60 minutes. I will for sure be coming back and paying full price!

The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel instantly comfortable. Kume is not a pretentious place, rather it is a place one goes to build ongoing relationships with the staff at large & their healing practitioners. It was nothing short of a delight!
