My masseuse, Paul, did an excellent job of finding the trigger points and loosening up tight neck and shoulder muscles that he found and paid attention to the graphic they asked you to fill out before the session. If I flinched because of too much pressure, he paid attention. I have severe arthritis in my left hand and it is very, very tender. I didn't put it on the chart, but it was obvious that it was painful. He eased up on the pressure and more gently. I would have liked to spoken to him, but perhaps his English is not that good - but he has sensitive hands so it worked out anyway. I will definitely try to go back even though it is quite a way from where I live. It was worth it.
