Safety is prioritized - the facility checks vax cards and the masseuse wore a mask. The facilities are nice and modern. The ambience is relaxing. The 19th street location is on a less busy street which makes getting to and from appointments easier. The masseuse was professional and experienced. My massage requests (pressure and areas of concentration) were followed by the masseuse.
