I really like Paul. Actually I had several hiccups with the reservation process, so my score should be lower. (Reserved online and requested Paul. Was told they missed my comments so asked if I could move date. Moved to Monday at 11 am but later confirmation was for Sunday at 11:15. Called and got changed back to Monday but they gave away appointment time so I had to do 10 am. But my first thought was how relaxing the service was so that's how I based my score.
