I can't give a 10/10 because of the $5 surcharge added. It was originally added due to "COVID related expenses" I believe but it never was removed and no longer seems justified. If you want to charge $5 more you should just add it to the advertised price Otherwise all else is a 10/10 👍🏼

Wendy is great. Front desk workers are friendly and helpful. When I arrived late accommodations were made to provide my full hour; how sweet, makes me want to always be on time to show my appreciation for the generous attitude.
