There was availability for a same day appointment. My therapist was kind and had a gentle touch. I would maybe work on it being a little quieter with ppl in the lobby and entering the massage space. Maybe they didn't know that there was an area as soon as you enter the door. And also maybe it was another therapist, but someone kept coming from the back and speaking to my therapist during my session that was a little loud, so that definitely disrupted my relaxation. But other than that all was well.
