Loved seeing your happy face today! Your positive spirit and excellent cuing during class is awesome. Great workout even without any props! One thought... I’m sure having the music makes it easier for you to teach but online it ends up coming though as choppy background noise. It’s not a big deal but I did find it slightly distracting. Don’t know if you might want to teach without it. Anyway, just an eensie weensie itty bitty matter! Love KULA yoga and KD!!

Friendly & caring yoga studio - Kate and the other instructors always make me glad I participated in the classes there. A very nice community even if it's online for awhile.

Because it calms and relaxes me. The best studio around and instructors are amazing!
