• Kosama is the only fitness routine that I have actually enjoyed and stuck to following. Their unique classes and class format keeps me constantly challenged and never bored. It is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training, so I feel like I'm getting the best of both worlds. I have been able to push farther than what I thought I was capable of. This is because of the best part about Kosama - the staff. Every single class, I am motivated, encouraged, challenged, and referred to by name by the trainers who lead the classes. They genuinely care about members and are always looking for ways to improve the member experience. Kosama is the gym I call "home" and I highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level.
