• It was great all around and i had an absolute blast. Only things that could be better is the mic souns system was kind of hard to hear/understand what instructor was saying and if the workout reps/sets ciuld be written on a board somewhere it might be easier to know what was expected BUT all in all it was great

• i seriously can't recommend kosama enough. this is JUST what i needed to get my butt back in gear. the coaches are always SO helpful & encouraging. i always go for that last rep knowing i've got them to cheer me on. the environment makes me want to come back, period.. but the work outs kick my butt in the best way, i look forward to coming to kosama as much as i can!
