• Everyone is super nice and helpful! I was nervous going at first as it's my first time doing group fitness classes. However everyone is really welcoming and the classes are fun!!

• When I walked Jenny helped me find the best spot and started explaining the circuit for the day. Other patrons helped me find a speed rope and were welcoming. Jenny even came over to help me when I want doing the exercises correctly.
