• I love the atmosphere, the coaches and most of all the support I've been receiving! Everyone there is nice and everyone encourages everyone else!! From the first day I started there I've felt welcomed!!

• Love the environment and the people! Trainers are awesome and the workouts are a great variety! I would love to see more agility ladders (I'm biased, I think they are fun). And I miss 3:30PM classes. It was a nice option, especially on Friday to go to if I got off work early. Would be great to bring it back 1 or 2 times a week just so the 4:30 class isn't so packed. But I understand if it isn't feasible :)
