• I have used Kryotherapy twice now & both times it gave me amazing results. At 43 my body can get pretty sore from training, and the 1st session allowed me to recover and be able to stay in the gym the next day. The second session has really assisted in recovering from a knee sprain. I as well used the compression therapy for my legs and had great results in being able to function the next day. I plan on using the local treatment next to better assit in my recovery. I recommend this to anybody, it helps so much:)

• My sister-in-law and I went here earlier today for our first 'kryo' experience. Since we were new to the whole deal, they explained everything to us and were able to recommend the best option for our individual needs. I ended up getting the local cryotherapy on my lower back and she was right- it was exactly what I needed! I will definitely be visiting again! Easy to find. Clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend stopping by; you'll be glad you did!
