• At first I was nervous to go into the cryotherapy because I didn't know what to expect. The lady that helped us out (I'm sorry I forgot to ask for her name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. After I the session my body felt great, my lower back pain was gone. Today is the second day and I can definitely feel the positive effects of cryotherapy. The whole experience was good.
