Kevan was great. I appreciated his energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. A very rigorous workout! I particularly enjoyed the dance idiom of the class— this adds interest.

The stretch and strengthening class be Kevan was great. We're non-dancers and we're made to feel very comfortable and welcome. It was a great workout that focused on body-awareness; something you often miss at a gym or trainer.

I'm loving beginner hip-hop class at Koresh. They're facilities are excellent. Chellie is an energetic teacher with creative choreography. I always leave with a smile on my face.
