Mainly based on Taryn. Her classes are fun, she knows her stuff. She cares about her clients and she is clearly committed to KOR in every way!! You need more instructors like Taryn. I've tried others there but always go back to Taryn.

Kaitlyn is amazing and notices details. She is absolutely great at making sure you do the movements correctly so you don't hurt yourself. They have great equipment to give you a good workout.
