The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The boxing classes are top notch. Marty is amazing and so good at working with people on all skill levels.

Everyone is very welcoming, Marty's sessions are tough but he keeps you motivated throughout and the gym itself is fitted out to a high standard. Great place to work out and socialise with like minded people
