It was a great workout! Marty was great but also tough. It heard the class is usually tougher 😅 so he was taking it easier on us but I appreciated it.

Inviting environment. Knowledgeable staff. Real equipment and tool to teach you proper form. Patience in training and open to all ages. The history of boxing is taught and cherished which shows the passion of the craft. Enjoyable experience

Marty and Siron were fantastic. Siron handled the class very well; the class size was small enough that we each got great feedback and pointers to improve our form and stay safe
