I chose a ten because Marty is so funny and fun to train with. It's not a boring class that is the same all the time. The circuit class was good this morning but had a lot of CrossFit and cardio weights and I personally prefer weight training over CrossFit and cardio. But all together, I'll definitely go back to Daniel's class and will have a good workout no matter what at knuckleheads.
