Anna worked out knots in my shoulder muscles. It wasn't fun but really loosened things up and I will be back next Monday. I went to PT for several weeks for both shoulders in 2020 which didn't accomplish much. I have neglected issues with both shoulders so I made an appt w/ the MD referred by Paige.
