• This was my first time visiting Knick Salon. I moved to the MKE area from the suburbs of Chicago, and I always had a trusted hair stylist while living there, so I was a little nervous when booking this appointment, but I was not disappointed! My appointment was with Larissa, and she was fantastic. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and asked me multiple questions about the particular style I was looking for, which left me feeling reassured that I was in good hands. Larissa took her time with her work, and she demonstrated how knowledgeable and talented she was while taking care of me. She even put a mud mask on my face while my hair was soaking, and she massaged my hands while was hair was soaking as well. She was super conversational and was very pleasant to be around. I will definitely be back in the future to see Larissa when my hair needs some more care. Thanks again, Larissa and Knick Salon staff!

• Jessica paid a lot of attention to me and began the session by asking me really good questions about what I wanted to get out of the treatment. She did afabulous job and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. After the session she was very hospitable and told me the best practice for massages and goingroutinely. I enjoyed the bio freeze she put on my neck too because I didn't ask for it, but she knew that would help keep my muscles relaxed and I reallyappreciated that type of attention to detail. She really listened to what I needed.
