Kneadz Work

I have come in to see Lily about 4x now. After every visit with her I notice more positive changes in my cervical muscles. I have a preliminary diagnosis of occipital neuralgia and in working with Lily I have noticed improvements in range of motion, less brain fog, and headaches. I really want to avoid injections so coming for a massage was a more holistic approach. Lily knows the body well and my body thanks her for it.
Besides the physical results, Lily makes me feel at ease with her warm and friendly personality, she listens to my concerns, and takes into consideration maneuvers I think my body needs. I have come in the evening hours and I love the warm lighting of the office. It gives it a cozy feel.

This place has literally changed my life!! I've been consistently going to Kneadz Work for over a year now. From the very first day I walked in that office after work and in a lot of pain I was barely hopeful that I would find some relief,, but relief was an understatement!! For years I had suffered from chronically tight painful muscles that had contributed to my poor quality of life for years! My very first session with Julius left me feeling brand new! I went to work the very next day and everybody asked me what I had done that made such an impact on my pain? Since that day I have been telling everyone I know about this place and the effect it has had on my life. More recently I tried a newer service modality that they offer called the "rapid release" and I didn't think I could experience another level of relief but this gadget works like magic! I could not believe how fast I experienced the relief of pain immediately after it was done! It felt great and the relief lasted for a full week after my very first session! The rapid release is definitely a game changer in the world of chronic tight muscle problems and pain. I absolutely loved it. Shout out to my team of massage therapist's who have contributed to my amazing recovery!

Great service! I came in to see Jessica with extreme forearm, elbow, shoulder, and neck pain. I'm on my second visit, and boy, do I feel the difference. Not only did I feel great leaving the appointment, but my workouts have been great. Migranes, due to so much neck tension, are gone, and that alone is a game changer. Can't thank her enough.

Lily was amazing, she explained where my trouble points were and was extremely gentle with the sensitive areas. Gave me really good pointers on how to stretch to avoid a relapse of my pined areas. Will definitely return return for a follow up on my next trip to California and will recommend to all my colleagues that reside here in SoCal.
