• Frannie was so thorough and meticulous with great attention to detail. She was also personable and fun to chat with on top of everything. Even though it had been a long and busy day for her, she treated me like the first customer of the day and wasn't rushed or tired out. I love what she did for my hair- it was even better than I had hoped!
