From calling to reschedule due to weather to the end of the service, everyone was wonderful. I don't love being touched, but Steph made me feel safe and cared for. My husband also got a foot massage and he was very pleased with everything as well. We will be making this a monthly visit! Thank you.

I would choose a score of 100 if possible. I had the most incredible experience with Michelle A. What a kind and healing human. Every part of the experience flowed so smoothly. I felt safe and cared for. I left feeling extremely light and mindful. I plan to come back soon, and bring others!!

I'm always taken care of with interest and concern for my needs. The entire time, from beginning to end, is relaxing and calm and enjoyable. I have never had a bad experience here, and I am glad to have found KIVA spa and cafe! The post-treatment free tea is such a lovely bonus I look forward to as I slowly re-enter the world after my time of bliss. I wish I could afford to go every week!!
