I had my first yoga class with Alexandria. She was subbing for someone and normally I go to her fitness classes, which are awesome. In her yoga class I was able to successfully do froggy hops for the first time ever because she set us up so well. And i got more flexibility in my twists because of her guidance and various poses to get us there. I wish she taught yoga here on a regular basis!
