  • Lauren is an amazing teacher. She personalizes the classes, she has a calm presence, gives grace to do what you can, helps with adjustments. The studio is truly stunning. Feels like walking into a spa. I feel my heart rate decrease when I walk inside. The small touches are noticed, like being given a cold towel at the end of a hot yoga class and being offered fresh fruit on my way out.
