I thought vinyasa was on the shorter side and that's my favorite part of my practice. The instructor was kind and knowledgeable and patient and l enjoyed how the class faced inward instead of towards mirrors or other walls. I have already recommended this studio to one friend and will continue to recommend it. I am considering a membership
