Paul is an absolute gem of an instructor! Warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, Paul made me feel right at home. The breathwork class was also truly amazing; I'm obsessed! I went home and booked more sessions immediately. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced yogis alike!
