Patrizia was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. Great music and great postures. I have mental disabilities and just to mention a portion is my rejection dysphoria and she didn't trigger me by making fun of me, correcting my poses out loud with jokes for everyone to hear, she aid me and greeted me, so from start to finish she was superb. Only room for improvement is because I'm hard of hearing, maybe a little louder with the poses, or perhaps have a low speaker in the corners and mic on her shirt or ear bud, so I could follow better. Favorite part was when she gives time to let us wiggle out of the pose or enhance a pose by saying "Do whatever feels right..", it's simple but so mindful and a great reminder. Thank you again Patrizia, you're a gem.
