Instructor was great, I believe her name is Rachael. I have foot issues & let her know. Great energy during class.

Facility was nice and clean. The instructor Paul was fantastic. He greeted me before class. Helped me get set up. Set expectations and discussed with me how to use the equipment to so I would get the most out of the class. He was attentive and checked on me in the middle of class to adjust my form. At the end he asked for my feedback and told me of other classes. For a first time experience he was everything I wanted out of an instructor. I will 100% be coming back.

I'm super satisfied with every session I go into. I like that these classes can cater to both advanced and new comers. Also, I feel like I'm always learning a new move or 2 after each class.
