• I chose the score of 10 because I had a wonderful experience and really feel like Jillian did an amazing job. In general she is such a great person and made me feel comfortable and allowed me to give feedback, ask questions, and just have a say in the whole process. Not that I havent had this in the past with other hairstylists but Jillian was great! I really appreciate everything.
