  • The process was smooth and customer service was perfect from booking the appointment to leaving after my appointment. The receptionist did a great job of making me feel welcomed when she first called to confirm the appointment and when I first walked in. Jillian was a dream to work with. She payed really close attention to my hair needs and concerns and followed through with everything. The salon felt good to be at and not pretentious like all of the other salons I've been to. I can't wait to see Jillian again
