• Great selection of obstacles to work with for both the Spartan Race (like I'm doing) and also Ninja Warrior. Plus, the gym isn't too far away from where I live in San Jose, compared to other obstacle course gyms. And everyone working there that I've dealt with have all been really friendly and helpful. I look forward to training there again soon.

• It is awkward starting a new challenge alone but this one felt pretty ok. Speaking with Mike at the beginning made it less intimidating. Coach Alicia was fun and engaging not pushy. Archie's words of encouragement helped as well. Thank you!
