Recently being in a wreck I had absolutely no range of motion in my neck/upper body. Dr. Bruce not only relieved my pain but also educated me as well as giving me tips and exercises to work on at home to help with my everyday life. My posture is better. My running is better. Everything is finally coming into place and I'm definitely noticing a difference.
