Lana the instructor was welcoming, informative, supportive, helpful and an excellent instructor. Yoga studio and equipment was clean, looked relaxing with the curtains and plants and toilets were available on site. Loved the music

The flow was great. The only comment I'd have is that the main flow was quite long (4 reps on each side). I would have preferred to do something different, but that's purely my humble opinion:) otherwise I loved it and will be back
