• Walking into kinesthesia feels like entering a sacred temple devoted to the harmony of body and heart. The space alone calms the mind and encourages it descend into the body. I seem to seek out body work when changes are happening in my life to help with integration of some of blind spots I carry. The therapists are competent in working both material and energetic level and my visits have been soothing and supportive.
