• Crystl is a great teacher, and I really appreciated the time and care she took with me during our introductory session. She's very good at working your own pace and gently guiding you into the correct form while you learn to use the machines and work through the different poses. I will definitely go back and plan on recommending Kinesia and Crystl to everyone I know who is looking for Pilates instruction.
