• I would have given a 10, as Rory is brilliant at massaging and the exercises he advised me to do, really did help with my neck, chest and shoulder pain. However, on my first visit: 01.05.24, I was called in 10 minutes late and then chucked out 5 minutes early . So that time I only got 15 minutes when I should have had 30 minutes !
