• If I could give a "100" NPS score for Gina, I would. I had visited another barber shop on a recommendation from a friend but got a terrible haircut. When I walked into Kennedy's that same day, Gina postponed her lunch break even though I didn't have an appointment and took her time to fix my haircut. Not only was she courteous but she was extremely skilled in working with the awful haircut. On top of this, my wife and I are expecting our first child in the next few weeks so I'll now be looking much better in pictures holding our baby! Thank you, Gina!
