• I was the one with the latent red hair dye that came out with putting in the balayage highlights! Juli and others went above and beyond to deal with this surprise. At no point did it feel like anyone was panicking, just using their expertise to deal with the sudden bright pink, and then more than encouraging to give my hair a break and come back in a couple weeks for a new attack plan if needed. You all were great - incredibly professional, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time, and, and I'd recommend the salon to anyone 😊
