• I was welcomed as I walked in. It was my first session. The atmosphere was very inviting. Lochie was very clear in her instructions and ensured that I was comfortable and using the machine correctly and helped me with my technique. It was a very relaxing experience and all parts of my body feel like they have worked!!

• Very accommodating for different skill levels and pace. Focus on technique rather than reps. Instructed on which muscles to focus on. Good indication for how long/ many reps so knew if I needed to change springs early. Best class yet.
