• Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful. I haven't been in a studio for quite some time. Stepping into the studio I automatically felt comfortable and welcomed. Emily was attentive and helpful to offer me guidance.

• I really liked the instructor, Brad, that we had and the way the class was run, the exercises flowed seamlessly and I felt that I had a really good session compared to first week. There were two of us in the class and he was quite attentive to us making sure we knew how to do the exercises properly. I was grateful as it was only my second Pilates class.
