• I like the small group classes and consistency of instructors ie that they are scheduled to take classes on the same days and time each week. I also like that each instructor has their own unique style and brings something different to their programs and classes.

• The instructors are amazing and so professional. They challenge me in the best way possible. But more than anything, I feel comfortable in the environment, there is no judgement, I feel everyone can work to their own strengths and know there is total support. It's fun , it's hard work in the best possible way and I come away from class feeling a whole lot better than before, every single time! I highly recommend Keilor Road Pilates and I'm very grateful to the incredible staff.
