• The instructors are amazing and so professional. They challenge me in the best way possible. But more than anything, I feel comfortable in the environment, there is no judgement, I feel everyone can work to their own strengths and know there is total support. It's fun , it's hard work in the best possible way and I come away from class feeling a whole lot better than before, every single time! I highly recommend Keilor Road Pilates and I'm very grateful to the incredible staff.

• I like the constant guidance on where I should be feeling the exercise and corrections. Emily gave me a really helpful thought to 'reach up through my head' (not exactly her words) to improve my posture with things like lunges.
