• I have tried many Pilates classes but by a long shot Keilor Road Pilates is the best. Every single instructor is top of their game. Classes are challenging, diverse but well targeted and paced. The smaller group size, attentive guidance and lovely staff and community make this a great and supportive experience.

• because i thought Nicole was really knowledgeable and supported and extended me. The only trouble with private 1:1 pilates is that even with private health cover it is unaffordable.I look forward to small group strength and conditioning or pilates in the new year
