• Very professional. I was the one 30 minutes late and the stylus not only didnt break a sweat but reassured me that she would still get me out around the time I wanted. Ryan kept reassuring me the time throughout the appointment, as well as confirming she could still do the style I wanted no problem. Since it was for my sisters wedding, I 100% appreciated it. Even the hostess didnt break a sweat when we came in, she was all smiles. If I lived in Richmond or around, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing something done with their hair. My hair was absolutley fabulous.
