• I came in with bleached hair that I thought was past saving. I thought there was no way I could get the look I really wanted. After showing Kate Mullen and Epiphany pictures, they looked through a book, figured out what would be best for me, asked me a bunch of questions and Kate fixed my hair to the EXACT color w/ highlights that I was dying to have. Additionally, the woman at the front (young with dark hair) was extra nice and I loved that I was offered a drink! Atmosphere was classy. Puppy roaming around was super cute. Kate worked efficiently.

• I think being guided through the consultation more could have helped me express what I wanted better, especially since it was my first curly cut. I wasn't exactly sure what options were realistic for my hair. That being said, I do love what I got!
