• Bill was awesome - he understood exactly what I was describing when we discussed my cut, and he totally nailed it. The receptionist was also extremely accommodating when I scheduled my appointment on short notice. Totally hit the jackpot with these folks, and will definitely be going back regularly.

• Cody talked with me about what I wanted and explained what he was going to do. He was cautious and patient with my box color correction and transition to my natural grey. We are going to do it in stages. I appreciate his conservative approach, which helps my trepidation about such a big change also. He did an excellent job with my highlights and lowlights, blending everything into my natural grey and silver roots. He gave good instructions for products and what to do at home to get my desired effect. The cut he gave me was gorgeous. I've gotten so many compliments. I feel beautiful. ❤️
